ArcSafe Suppression Blanket. This product is made of two layers of ballistic Kevlar ® and nomex ® 111. The Kevlar ® is the core of the product. Flame resistant nomex ® is the out shell of the blanket. The nomex ® not only act as a flame resister but also protect the Kevlar® from ultraviolet degradation. The blanket is very flexible

The blanket should be used as a protective cover against the dangers of electrical arc blast or accidental contact of energized components by workers. Arcsafe meets OSHA regulation for manhole protection.
